Toys for Nicholas News and Events

The 8th Annual Toys for Nicholas Golf Outing was held on Monday, May 21, 2007 at the Shaker Run Golf Club. The proceeds of this event go towards research projects which focus on Congenital Heart Defects and support Hopeful Hearts Family Retreat Weekend.

We would like to extend a huge heartfelt Thank You to girl scout troop #479 from St. Gabriel's Catholic School for their generous contribution to Toys for Nicholas.

Included in the collection are several handmade blankets ( which they crafted themselves) along with books, videos and many toys.

The Heart Center Family Retreat Weekend this year will be held May 18 to 20, 2007, at the Joy Outdoor Education Center, 10117 Old 3-C Highway, Clarksville, Ohio.

The Heart Center Family Retreat Weekend is for families of children affected

Camp Joyful Heart will run from July 16 through July 20, 2007. Growing up with heart disease can be a significant physical and emotional challenge. Through Camp Joyful Hearts, we hope to help kids with heart disease overcome these challenges with a support network of kids in similar circumstances.
